Weight-management plans are subscription-based and billed monthly (GLP-1) or weekly (MIC) by autopay.
Medication cost is not included in monthly management plans. Medication pricing is based on the pharmacy’s current pricing and may change. D’NuVi does not mark up GLP-1 medication.
Clients are responsible for the actual medication cost and applicable delivery/shipping fees.

Depending on your health history, symptoms, medications, and current labs, your provider may recommend or require labs before starting or continuing medication.

How D’NuVi FLOW Medical Weight Management Works
1. Book your $59 consultation
We review your health history, medications, goals, and prior weight-loss attempts.
2. Provider determines eligibility
Your provider may request labs, records, or additional information before prescribing.
3. Choose your management plan
If appropriate, you select Essential, Complete Clinical, or Complete + Labs.
4. Medication is coordinated separately
Medication cost is based on current pharmacy pricing and is not included in monthly management.
5. Monthly support continues
Your plan includes check-ins, side-effect support, prescription coordination, and dose-adjustment support.

These medications work by supporting appetite regulation, insulin sensitivity, and metabolic signaling. They are prescribed only after medical review and ongoing monitoring.
Who May Qualify for Medical Weight Management
GLP-1 or related medication management is not appropriate for everyone. Eligibility is determined after a medical review.
You may be a candidate if you:
meet BMI and clinical criteria
are not pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding
do not have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2
do not have a history of pancreatitis unless cleared and clinically appropriate
are willing to follow nutrition, hydration, activity, and follow-up recommendations
complete labs or provide recent labs when clinically required
Medications & Shipping: D'Nuvi partners with a compounded pharmacy.
Patient pays actual medication cost +25 delivery. Patient may choose any pharmacy
Optional In-Home Injections: $20 per visit (within service radius)

Tirzepatide
A once-weekly medication that acts on GLP-1 and GIP pathways involved in appetite, digestion, insulin response, and blood sugar regulation. It is prescribed only after medical review and ongoing monitoring.

D’NuVi FLOW Medical Weight & Metabolic Health is a clinical weight-management service and does not replace primary care, emergency care, endocrinology, cardiology, gastroenterology, or other specialist management. GLP-1 and related medications are not appropriate for everyone. Prescription eligibility is determined after provider review. Clients with concerning symptoms, abnormal labs, or complex medical histories may be referred to their PCP or a specialist before medication is prescribed or continued.
Consultation fee is non-refundable.
Consultation fee may be transferred once if you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows forfeit any prepaid fees.
If no prepayment was collected, a $25 telehealth or $50 concierge late cancellation fee applies.
Travel is included within 15 miles of 23601. Travel surcharge: $35 for 15–30 miles; $75 for 30+ miles
Service Area: Telehealth visits are available where D’NuVi is licensed. Mobile/in-person services are available within the D’NuVi service area.
