How Corporate Wellness Works
Step 1: Request a Planning Call
We start with a brief Corporate Wellness Planning Call to learn about your organization, goals, event size, preferred date, budget, and desired services.
Step 2: Receive a Custom Proposal
D’NuVi recommends the best-fit option and sends a proposal outlining services, pricing, space needs, timeline, and next steps.
Step 3: Employee Registration Opens
If clinical services are included, participants complete intake and consent forms before the event.
Step 4: D’NuVi Comes to You
Your wellness experience is delivered on-site, virtually, or through a hybrid model depending on the selected package.
Step 5: Follow-Up and Next Steps
Participants may receive post-service instructions, lab review options, or booking links for individual follow-up. Employers may receive a general participation summary when appropriate.

D’NuVi Corporate Wellness serves organizations throughout Hampton Roads and surrounding areas, including Newport News, Hampton, York County, Williamsburg, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach.
Corporate and private group events are available on-site at workplaces, offices, leadership retreats, churches, salons/spas, and professional organizations. Travel is included within 15 miles of ZIP code 23601. A travel surcharge applies for locations outside that radius: $35 for 15–30 miles and $75 for 30+ miles. Larger events outside the standard service area may be considered with a custom travel quote.

Privacy & Participation
Participation in D’NuVi Corporate Wellness services is voluntary. Some services require individual clinical screening and may not be appropriate for everyone.
Individual health information, lab results, diagnoses, medications, and treatment recommendations are not shared with the employer. If a sponsoring organization receives a summary, it is limited to general participation information or de-identified aggregate trends when appropriate.

Access to hand hygiene or sanitizer

A climate-controlled environment
A private area for labs or screenings, if selected

No. Participation is voluntary.
Who pays for the services?
Corporate wellness events can be employer-paid, employee-paid, or hybrid.

Yes, depending on the event structure. Employers may cover a base service while employees pay for upgrades.
Are labs required?
No. Labs are only included when selected as part of a screening or executive wellness package.
Can D’NuVi provide IVs and injections at the workplace?
Yes. IV hydration and vitamin injection events are available when the location and participant screening requirements are appropriate.
How far in advance should we book?
Ideally 3–4 weeks in advance for wellness activations or screening days, especially if employee registration, labs, or staffing support is needed.
