D’NuVi Clinical Optimization is a personalized, nurse practitioner-led wellness program for clients who want a more advanced approach to body composition, recovery, energy, and metabolic support. This program may include peptide therapy when clinically appropriate, along with lab monitoring, protocol management, lifestyle guidance, and ongoing clinical oversight.

Clinical Optimization is a qualification-based program. Peptides are not guaranteed. After your consultation and lab review, your provider will determine whether you are a candidate for one of D’NuVi’s optimization protocols. Some clients may be advised to complete additional labs, follow up with their PCP or specialist, or begin with non-peptide wellness support first.

How Clinical Optimization Works

1. Book your $149 Readiness Consultation
We review your health history, medications, supplements, goals, and contraindications.

2. Complete required labs
Labs are used to assess safety, baseline status, and protocol fit.

3. Provider determines eligibility
You may qualify for a protocol, need more information, or be referred to your PCP/specialist first.

4. Begin your protocol if appropriate
Medication, injection education, refill coordination, and monitoring are provided according to your plan.

5. Monthly monitoring continues
Labs, check-ins, side-effect monitoring, and reassessment help determine whether the protocol should continue, change, pause, or stop.

Who May Not Qualify

Peptide therapy may not be appropriate for clients who are pregnant, trying to conceive, breastfeeding, have abnormal labs requiring medical evaluation, have unstable chronic disease, have active cancer or certain cancer histories without specialist clearance, have significant kidney/liver concerns, cannot complete monthly labs, or are seeking guaranteed results.

Clients may be referred to their PCP, specialist, or another appropriate provider if findings require evaluation outside D’NuVi’s scope.

Consultation fee is non-refundable.
Consultation fee may be transferred once if you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows forfeit any prepaid fees.

If no prepayment was collected, a $25 telehealth or $50 concierge late cancellation fee applies.

Travel is included within 15 miles of 23601. Travel surcharge: $35 for 15–30 miles; $75 for 30+ miles

Peptide therapy is not appropriate for everyone. D’NuVi Clinical Optimization is a qualification-based program, and treatment is determined after clinical evaluation and lab review. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Clients may be referred to their PCP, specialist, or another appropriate provider if lab findings or health history require further evaluation.

Service Area: Telehealth visits are available where D’NuVi is licensed. In-person lab draws, injection teaching, IV hydration, and concierge add-ons are available within the D’NuVi service area.
