For GLP-1:
1. Must meets BMI criteria (BMI ≥30 or BMI ≥27 with comorbidities (e.g., hypertension, pre-diabetes, dyslipidemia).
2. Must NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding, NO personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or pancreatitis.
3. Must NOT be on any insulin, SGLT2, or Sulfonylureas.
4. Must be willing to make lifestyle modifications with decrease calorie intake and increase physical activity.
Medical Weight Management
Clinician-led GLP-1 therapy and MIC injections—personalized plans, monthly assessments, and concierge options.
GLP-1 Clinical Management Fee: $149/month. Covers one monthly assessment (telehealth or in person), secure messaging (responses within 1 business day), dose adjustments, and pharmacy coordination.
Medication & Shipping: Billed by the pharmacy; patient pays actual medication cost + $25 delivery. Patient may choose any pharmacy.
Optional In-Home Injection: $20 per visit (within service radius)
Service Area: On-site delivery to executive offices throughout Hampton Roads and surrounding areas.
